Etendue de la location
Les lieux loués comprennent la maison et ses abords, l’accès à la mer devant la maison ainsi qu’un local de rangement situé près du portail mer.  

Les locataires bénéficient d’un droit de passage non exclusif sur le terrain situé en contrebas, au niveau de la mer, mais celui-ci n’est pas inclus dans la location. Ils devront s’y abstenir d’activités bruyantes ou susceptibles de gêner (jeux, repas), de toucher aux bateaux situés sur ce terrain, et de pénétrer dans la partie du terrain délimitée par des balisages de sécurité. 

Le ponton situé face au portail mer est mis gracieusement à la disposition des locataires. Il est dangereux d’y plonger vu la faible profondeur.

La zone littorale située hors des murs et du portail mer appartient au domaine public maritime, et à ce titre les locataires y accèdent à leurs propres risques et périls.

Les locataires exerceront sur les enfants dont ils ont la garde une surveillance particulière sur le terrain situé en contrebas, le ponton et la zone littorale. Le bailleur et son mandataire déclinent toute responsabilité en cas d’inobservation de règles précisées dans ce document ou des interdictions matérialisées sur place.

Le bailleur se réserve un droit de passage occasionnel en voiture par la cour côté route, du portail principal jusqu’au portail intérieur situé près du bâtiment annexe.

Feux et barbecue
La réglementation interdit d’allumer des feux dans la zone où est située la propriété. En conséquence, les locataires devront utiliser exclusivement le barbecue à gaz mis à leur disposition, à l’exclusion de tout autre combustible. Leur attention est attirée sur le risque de poursuites par les autorités en cas d’allumage d’un feu.

Les locataires devront s’abstenir de jeter des mégots dans le jardin, et de tout acte pouvant entraîner un risque d’incendie.

Interdiction de fumer : Il est interdit de fumer dans la maison.

Meubles
Il est interdit de changer les meubles de pièce, de sortir les meubles d’intérieur à l’extérieur, ou de ranger du matériel de sport ou de plage à l’intérieur de la maison (le local du jardin est réservé à cet effet).

Ménage
A son départ, le locataire devra laisser la maison dans un état de propreté permettant l’installation du locataire suivant : sols lavés, sanitaires et cuisine nettoyés et rangés, terrasse balayée, literie rangée, etc.

Même s’il a réglé le service de nettoyage optionnel, la maison ne devra présenter aucun désordre, ni de salissure dépassant celle due à un usage normal, et la vaisselle devra de toute manière être lavée et rangée.

Animaux de compagnie
Les animaux de compagnie sont tolérés dans la location sous réserve que leurs propriétaires nettoient le jardin de toutes déjections avant leur départ.

Extent of rental
The rental includes the house and its surroundings, as well as a storage room near the seaside gate. 

The clients have a right of way through the lower garden, located at sea level, which is not part of the rental. They should not use it for any noisy or inconvenient activities (such as games, meals), interfere with the boats which are on these premises, or enter the part of the property which is closed off by safety barriers. 

Clients are allowed to access and use the landing stage in front of the seaside gate. Diving from there is dangerous because of shallow waters. 

The grounds beyond the walls and the seaside gate are part of the public coastal area. Clients go there entirely at their own risk. 

Clients shall supervise their children with particular care when in the lower garden, on the landing stage and in the coastal area. The owner and his agent decline any liability whatsoever in case on inobservance of the rules set out in this document or prohibitions marked on the grounds. 

The owner reserves an occasional right of way by car across the front yard, from the main gate to the internal gate which is next to the small house.

Fire and barbecue
Local regulations prohibit the lighting of fires in the area where the property is located. Consequently, clients shall only use the gas barbecue made available, no other fuel being allowed. Authorities may prosecute anyone lighting a fire.

Clients will refrain from dropping cigarette ends in the garden, and from any action which might start a fire.

Prohibition of smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the house.

Furniture
It is forbidden to move furniture from one room to another, or to bring indoor furniture outside. Sports and beach equipment should not be stored indoors, but only in the storage room by the sea.

Housekeeping
Upon departure, the client will leave the house in such a state of cleanliness and tidiness as to enable the following client to use it: floors should be washed, sanitary equipment and kitchen clean and tidy, the terrace swept, the bedding tidy, etc.

Even if the optional cleaning service has been arranged, the house should be left in an orderly state and should not be in a worse condition than as a result of normal use; kitchen and tableware should be washed up and stored.

Pets
Pets are allowed provided that their owners clean up their droppings entirely from the garden before leaving.
